What to Include in Your Email

To help us address your concerns quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • A detailed description of the issue, bug, or feature request

  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

  • Your contact information (name and email)

  • Any other information you think might help

 

Common Issues and Solutions

Mapping
If you're having trouble viewing the map, or if there are too many layers on that are cluttering everything and slowing it down, try refreshing the page. If you’re still encountering mapping issues or cadastral projection errors, please contact us and include screenshots in your support request.

Development Permits
If workflows are slow or buggy, or you encounter any errors, first try saving your job and then refreshing the page. You could also try logging out and back in, or closing the browser and re-opening it. If the issue still persists, please let us know the exact steps you took so we can promptly fix it.

Asset Management
For any data discrepancies or missing attributes, please reach out to our team and include screenshots and asset details in your support request.

Reporting and Analytics
If reports aren't displaying correctly or pulling incorrect information, please notify us and indicate which report type you’re having issues with and the specific metrics regarding what should be displayed.

FAQ
Q. My screen is displaying all white upon login, what do I do?
A. Please refresh the page. You may have to try this more than once.

Q. My map is blank, where are my asset or development layers?
A. By default, these layers are turned off. Please click the eye icon on the left-hand side next to the respective layer to view them.

Q. My screen is stuck displaying a loading screen or taking a long time to load, how do I fix this?
A. Please refresh the page. You might have too many layers on which may strain bandwidth.

While we cannot guarantee the implementation of every request that comes our way, we still appreciate hearing each and every idea brought up and will take it into consideration as we continue to enhance our software.
